Alex Honnold, a daring climber from the US known for his skill in tackling large solo climbs, took on the ascent of the El Sendero Luminoso -a vertical cliff in Mexico’s north east.
In January Honnold became the first climber to conquer this Mexican cliff without the aid of ropes or a harness.
